The annual Tapping World Summit is one of my favorite online summits. I admit that I sometimes succumb to information overload while trying to listen to all the great speakers during the free online sessions.
So why will I take the time to listen to the 2015 Tapping World Summit?
Because there is no other collection of speakers that can provide this level of expertise in the life-changing area of Tapping, otherwise known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
To give you a hint of what to expect from the 2015 Tapping World Summit, I plan to highlight several speakers from previous summits in separate blog posts over the next few weeks.
But first, an introduction for the Summit Host.
Jessica Ortner is the host for most of the Tapping World Summit sessions. She has a delightful talent for asking the questions that her listeners are themselves asking at home. If you are new to Tapping, don’t worry, Jessica will make sure that you have the information you need to apply what you are learning.
During the 2013 Tapping World Summit, Carol Look spoke on the topic of success.
Carol first discussed the importance of defining what success means to you – because each of us has our own unique definition of success.
The next step is to discover how and why self-sabotage keeps us from reaching success.
Sabotage is any behavior that trips us up on our way or on our journey to what we say we want. So all these people say they want success. They say they want abundance. They want good health. Then they look at their behavior, and they’re not following through. They’re not doing what they need to do. It’s often unconscious.
Carol clearly explained that sabotage is our body’s way of protecting us.
Jessica and Carol worked through several different tapping scripts on the following topics which all could be a factor in self-sabotaging behavior such as procrastination:
- fear of failure
- fear of success
- being afraid to rock the boat
These tapping scripts are easy to personalize and save for future use.
Carol Look has been a regular speaker at previous Tapping Summits. I look forward to hearing more from her again this year!
See Carol on Day 5 of the 2015 Tapping World Summit. This year’s topic: Overcoming Perfectionism: Shedding That Persistent Fear of Failure.
P.S. – Nick Ortner has released a video as part of the introduction to his 7th Annual Tapping World Summit, starting on February 23rd. This event has been attended by over 1 million people over the last 6 years. It is a truly life-transforming event that you don’t want to miss out on. If you haven’t watched Nick’s video yet, you can view it here.
