Just a few quick tips to enhance the flavor of beef bone broth.
Roast the meaty bones in the oven at 350 degrees until well browned. [1] Then proceed to make the broth.
You may want to simmer beef bone broth as long as 72 hours.
The broth can be strained if desired, but if you are using grass-fed beef, PLEASE save the fat for cooking.
